Q: When will my order arrive?

A: Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days after ordering. Once the order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address with your tracking number.

Orders are shipped from our nearest warehouse according to your location. These are estimated times based on current shipping times:

USA, Canada: 7 - 10 business days
UK, Europe: 7 - 15 working days
Australia, New Zealand: 7 - 15 working days

Times may vary due to peak periods or public holidays.

Q: Has my order already shipped?

A: Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days, sometimes faster. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. Also check your SPAM/Junk folder to see if the email ended up there.

If you can't find your shipping confirmation or think you've deleted it, contact us at support@kysixe.com and we can tell you in real time whether your order has been shipped or not.
